The Wadena Development Authority (WDA) has finalized development of 41 new residential lots! Happy to report 7 lots have already sold with planned housing builds beginning in 2023!
Spacious lots along the paved streets are lined with mature pine trees and ready for new homes. Lots are competitively priced, include utility connections to the property line, and have no special assessments. Covenants are in place to protect investments and ensure you live in a beautiful and well-maintained neighborhood.
Plans continue in the vicinity of the project to add a neighborhood park and 17 acre nature preserve complete with walking paths for public enjoyment.
The city is aware of lack of affordable quality residential lots along with the need for additional housing which drove the development. A multi-family housing developer is ready to begin an additional 20 lot housing development adjacent to Pinewood Estates.
